DDS Partners with Bombali District Council to Strengthen Local Revenue Systems

Development Decision Support (DDS) Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bombali District Council, establishing a formal partnership to support the Council in modernizing its property tax administration and improving domestic resource mobilization.

The MOU covers a comprehensive range of technical support areas including property valuation, billing, compliance, taxpayer engagement, and digital integration. DDS will work closely with the Council to deploy practical, data-driven solutions that improve the efficiency and fairness of the local revenue system.

Bombali District Council is one of several district and city councils that have entered into formal partnerships with DDS as part of a coordinated effort to strengthen local government finance across Sierra Leone.

The partnership underscores DDS’s commitment to supporting decentralization and building the capacity of local councils to deliver better services to the communities they serve.
