DDS Signs MOU with Port Loko District Council to Drive Property Tax Reform

Development Decision Support (DDS) Limited has formalized a partnership with Port Loko District Council through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at strengthening the Council’s property tax system and improving local revenue mobilization.

The agreement outlines DDS’s role in providing hands-on technical support across property valuation, billing, compliance, taxpayer engagement, and digital integration. DDS will work alongside Council staff to build the systems, tools, and institutional capacity needed to deliver a more effective and equitable property tax administration.

Port Loko District Council joins a growing list of local government partners benefiting from DDS’s expertise in domestic resource mobilization reform.
